Do the contents remain active removing from the capsule? I cannot swallow caps whole.
I haven’t tried it. But I don’t know if you tasted the stuff if you could get it down either. The burps from this stuff are really nasty.
Also I don’t know if it would cling to the back of your throat. That would be nasty.
I swallow 6 different pills at a time. If it’s a mental thing with you I’m not sure if there are any mind games you can play with yourself that would help in swallowing the pill.
Frankly, if you can swallow this stuff out of the capsule. You belong on fear factor!

Yikes! Tribex outside the caps is very bitter.
I don’t see why it would lose it’s effectiveness if you removed it from the caps, but how do you plan to get it into your gullet?
