What is a “lipid rich meal”?
Also, assuming I respond to TRIBEX, what times would be best to take them if I’m usually at the gym by either 6:30pm or 9:30pm…or does it not matter?
I’m considering taking it at 8:15am (right before breakfast) and again at
4pm (right before my third meal) and will be cycling 5 days on 2 days off.
