What I am doing is using 4 AD without Tribex/Vitexor M for one week. The second week I add Tribex/Vitex or M. The third and fourth week I take only Tribex/Vitex or M. The next week I take the 4 AD and drop the Tribex/Vitex or M and am going to use that cycle for a while until I am ready to go on a bulking phase.
