Shugs, sorry to be a pain, but I have just acquired some Tribex. I have used the older version at 2x4 capsules per day and I just know that I’ve read your latest recommendations for dosing the newer more potent version in the last two weeks but I can’t find it. Could you please point me towards it or repeat your suggestions. So much info on the site you see! Am I right in thinking that it was half the above dose? Stu.
I believe I mentioned that in the Growth Surge (or that may be coming up in Stage III actually,) but the original source was Tim Patterson in his current BTS column. I think he said six caps a day are all you need with the improved version.
