I was looking for some advice as to whether there is a need to take time off between bottles or what have you, or if there is a safe amount of time to be taking a t-booster without a time off? any advise is appreciated.

Generally the recommendation is after twelve weeks of continuous use of TRIBEX or Alpha Male you take a two break before resuming use.

thanks brother …thats what i was looking for , i have had great results from the new TRIBEX gold and as of today my first bottle is empty . before buying more i needed to find out.
i may even try the Alpha Male, but i am reletively young (27) so i am not looking for the other ingredients… just something to assist a little with my lack of rest and recovery time etc. this along with additional BCAAs and others have been good for me

No prob bro. However, I will say give Alpha Male a try sometime. The added ingredients especially Carbolin 19 will do wonders for your recovery and gains provided you have proper nutrition and lifting covered.
