I just got my shipment of the 3, buy two get one free.
Is methoxy supposed to be cycled or do I just take it every day. I am trying to get the most bang for my $. I have done the search but I have not found if methoxy should be cycled.
I also want to know what has worked best for everyone else.
I plan to start my androsol cycle starting Dec 15. Any help?? Suggestions??? Comments???
I think Tim Patterson has written that Methoxy-7 doesn’t have to be cycled. To save money, I’d use it between Androsol cycles. That’s what I do (and I really like during fat loss phases.)
General tips for your cycle: Keep the protein high- 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight at least. And count the grams; don’t assume you’re getting enough. Eat over normal maintenance level of overall calories. Use volume training like GVT.
