I am training for college football again, and have plenty of time before tryouts, as I am only half-way through a 16 month deployment to the mid-east. How beneficial would it be to me to add TRIBEX to my training program (for LB)? Also, will effects be altered by intense sprint work? I am not asking if it will make me faster, only if the effects would be weakened by my running. Please, I need some answers, Thanks.
