John Paul Catanzaro’s “Tri-Set For Serious Size” program? I just finished the leg workout for the 2nd time and could barely make it down the stairs! It’s a bitch but I’m liking it so far. I’m training for my first BB show and am coming off CW’s “WM” program. Anyway, if anyone wants a challenge, give JPC’s workout a try.
