hey guys, im wanting to run a tren a/prop/mast cycle over the summer, would like to know what negatives i can expect fitness wise from others experiences.
a friend of mine just ran tren in his last cycle and his fitness turned to shit, he’d be gasping for breath after a he got lucky with the mrs.
ill be working with a shearing gang over summer working a manual wool press. it can be pretty demanding work and you’ve got to be quick. im just wanting to know if ill manage or if i should stay away from it.
any help much appreciated
