I didn't see a forum for asking about possible injuries so my bad if this is in the wrong place.
Up aroud my trap/rear delt it started hurting on the 2nd set, and feeling pretty bad on the 4th when I just called it. This is just my 2nd week of doing them and I jumped up to 445 from 425 maybe a bit too fast. Now it hurts to pull on a doorknob. I think its the mid-trap area but I've never hurt that area so I don't know how to rehab it.
What all up near the shoulder could you injure on these and what would be the best way to make it better?
