Trap Bar

I’ve got some extra cash and want to use it to improve my home gym. I was wondering if the trap bar will be useful for me because I already squat and dead. Does it work different muscles? Does it add thickness to the back like a traditional dead? Is it more like a deadlift or a squat?



It works yer legs more than a regular deadlift because the centre of gravity isn’t as far forward as it is with regular deadlifts. I’d say they’re more like squats.

Defenitely get a trap bar and do farmers walks with it.
