Trap Bar Purchase

I wasn’t thinking of purchasing a trap bar.

Can anyone provide some insights on getting a good one for a decent price? The price ranges about $250, of what I’ve seen on-line. This seems steep, but I’m not certain.

Correction: I meant to say “I AM thinking of purchasing a trap bar.”

Build your own, just use someones metal shop for an hour.

Check out Jesup Gym. Cheaper than newyorkbarbells.com.

Whichever one you get you’ll never regret it. I use mine for something just about every time I train. Great piece of equipment that doesn’t get the attention it deserves in my opinion.

I love mine.

Elitefts is the way to go.

The one I have is stainless steel and looks pretty much like the one at Elitefts. Cost me 165 as well, but I got it at a local outfit. Having plates with handles gives some additional grip width options.
