Okay, who does these? I am thinking of getting a trap bar to do deads with, and looking on the net, it seems to be that this exercise targets the quads more than the hammies/glutes(just the opposite of a traditional DL or sumo DL). Is there any reason why this is a more quad-dominant excercise?
the bar placement affects the motion of the pull. the motion is guided by the mechanics of your body… a BB hacksquat is a quad movement btw
