Trap and Upper Back Asymmetry


Hey, been noticing some asymmetry in my upper back. For example say I’m doing cable press downs, my left shoulder/trap region engages more than the left. Noticeably so. I have a pic but I’m not sure how to post one


Stop using cable press down!


That’s really not helpful in the least



The body is not perfectly symmetrical. If it’s a biological problem, see a doc.
