Transitioning to 2x Per Week Dosing

Hi Forum.
Currently i inject 240mg of Test intramuscularly, every Friday morning. I want to transition to injexting 2x per week. What’s the best way to transition? Would it be to take 120 at my next injection on Friday morning, then inject another 120 on Monday night, then continue on that schedule?

If you inject Friday morning then Tuesday night is when you inject. Start new protocol on the day you would normally inject once weekly and if on an AI split AI dose and take on injection days.

Fri morning to Tuesday night is 4.5 days, and Tuesday night to Fri morning is 2.5 days.
