Changing from WS4SB 3 day template to a more compound oritentated mass/muscle building routine like a 5x5 or Starting Strength program. Don't have any type of machines just squat rack, bench to go with BB and DB's so that should be enough. What have you guys had good progress with ?
I'm not a total beginner but I'm unsure which program to choose as I hear Starting Strength is for newbs and a 5x5 either Bill Starr/Madcow is the more intermediate workout of the two. I'd appreciate any hyperlinks to programs as well.
