Yes, I know this has been brought up before, and everybody thinks it is nothing but bullshit. But what do you all think, from the people who have used it, not the people theorizing, what were your empirical results? Everybody here in the past said it sucked, but from reading on 3 other bodybuilding boards, many of them sware by it. And not through just the diuretic effect or it all being in the head that they had additional losses, as many of these people say they applied it to only their right or left side to test it out and noticed definite differences between their two sides. Just looking for more opinions, thanks.
