Trampoline for Cardio/Fat Loss???

Hey T-Men,
Are those little trampolines any good for fat loss? Why or Why not? If so, how long should I be on that thing to get optimal results. They’re certainly pretty fun and non-jarring!

We used to turn on the showers, throw on the plastics, and jump on one in the locker room to lose weight during wrestling practice. I actually broke it after about a year.
The answer to your question is *if your heart rate is high enough while you jump then YES you could use it for cardio. Get to your THR and maintain it for 20,30,45min or how ever long you plan to do cardio…
