I am 5 foot 6 and weigh 160. I have been lifting for 20 years off and on. I was wondering if anyone thinks this training schedule is good or bad.
Monday: Chest,Triceps
Tuesday: Back,Biceps,Forearms
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Off
Friday: Chest,Triceps
Saturday:Back,Biceps,Abs
Sunday: Off(most of the time)
My goal is to gain. I just started Mag-10, am very excited about it.
