I was wondering how everyone arranges there training throughout the year?
I’m doing a pulling routine from the Nov Dino Files that sounded interesting for my deadlift & I though I’d do it until the end of the school term. That’s makes 4 months & then I’ll focus on squatting for the next 4 months while trying to gain weight because I want to do 500 by the end of the year. Then I’ll do some kind of overhead stuff for the last 4 months. I just thought that picking school terms would work well because it sort of marks the beginning & end.
