Training without leg workout?

I look at myself in the mirror and keep seeing a wider wider lower body compared to the upper body…I cannot take it.I hate these wide lower body because I cannot look good in jeans and stuff.I want to mass up my upper body and make it look bigger than lower.Should I cut out leg training? I mean,I squat and do leg presses and I KNOW that stuff like squats and deadlifts release GH and such but if it keeps making my legs more muscular than upper body,well…dang this is dilemma!HELP ME OUT!

Dude, I’ve got the same problem, but you can’t stop training lower body. You need to make it even more muscular and lose the fat that’s there - since muscle is denser than fat, you’ll look smaller.

focusing on your upper body more will likely help too, but definately keep doing squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc.
