Training With This Kind of Pain?

Today, all of a sudden while walking, I felt as though some kind of a ligament had become detached on the inside of my right knee. It was very slightly painful, but it just felt WRONG.

And by wrong it felt like if I stepped wrong my knee would have snapped to either side, it just felt weak and I massaged it out and stretched a little and it went away, but I can’t shake the feeling . It really did feel NOT-RIGHT, and I’m really concerned about going heavy today.

Obviously, don’t go heavy. Feel out this workout so as to not further the injury. If you feel discomfort as you go through you routine, stop,go home and rest it. If the pain persists, see a specialist. Do not work through knee pain, especially if it feels like it’s tracking wrong.
