Training with Knee Bursitis

Trying to make a couple technique changes in my lifting, namely stop rising my hips too fast, I had a couple of weeks hitting my knees with the bar several times.

For some reason, only my right knee has developed bursitis, It’s pretty inflamed though it doesn’t hurt much when doing any oly lifting stuff.

Any experiences in how to keep training with bursitis? Does training actually affect the bursitis treatment?
