Training with Groin Pain

Anyone have experience with training around/thru groin pain? Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

First and formost, stop training through pain. Second thing, stop training through pain.

When you're in pain it means something is wrong. Unless the training is rehab work attempting to fix the problem, training through it could lead to more pain and potentially more damage.

Please describe your pain and where it's located more.
