Training with Complexes

Hey guys
Its starting my exam season,These are the most important exams Ive done till now so I need to study and a lot.
So My gym time has been suffering so Im planing to do complexes 3 times a week

How are they done?
Any advices?
can you give me examples of complex trainings?

They’re great for fat loss or conditioning, but definitely not what you want for hypertrophy or strength.

yep but better than staying at home…I am going to give them a try…
