I got an ACL tear while playing judo. I used to play judo(3 times/week) and go to the gym (3 times/week). I used to do WS4SB which was going on pretty well with me.
The doctor told me that I can live my life with a torn ACL but i won’t be playing judo again, or i can have the surgery. what i wanna know is, can i keep on body building with a torn ACL? can i squat and dead lift like that ?
I haven’t decided yet whether to take the surgery or not…cause the rehabilitation is gonna take about 6 months , which is too long and i will lose my progress
