So, I sprained my wrist.
I tried to catch a PR clean and elbow connected with thigh.
I’m probably lucky that I didn’t break it.
So I’m wondering, what exercises can I do now?
I had been making good progress, but it may be a while before this is healed.
Pull-ups seems fine, but clean pulls did not work too well.
At this point, I’m only squatting.
It would be nice with some variety…
