Training With a Broken Leg

So to make a long story short, I broke my fibula right in half last Friday in my football game. I also tore most of the ligaments in my ankle. As a result, I’m immobilized for the next 6 weeks until I get the pins from my ankle and can finally walk again. So, during that time, I’ll be trying to maintain, maybe even build some strength. Wish me luck. Tomorrow will be my first day back in the gym and I’ll be starting it off with a DE upper body day and will follow the traditional Westside template.
