Ok I have a dehlimma. I have run into a bout of being under the weather and have taken a few days off, upped my calories, protien(anti-catabolic purposes) and vitamins. The thing is that the layoff from the gym is killing me. It has been 4 days and I am growing homesick for the gym. Can I return to the Iron game even if I am a sneezing coughing disaster?
Working out while your sick doesn’t help you get well any faster. If you work out at your house alone and absolutely have to work out or you’re going to go insane, then do what you want. But if you work out at a gym with a bunch of other people, I wouldn’t recommend going because no one else working out there wants to catch what you got.
