Hello Coach,
Recently I have visited a manual therapist, because of my reoccuring headache (starting from my neck), and he told me, that my back is full of knots and fascia tightness, that needs work. I will go back for several sessions, and see how much it can improve, and what impact it might have on my headaches.
My questions is: How should I train (for example load, execution, exercise selection) my back in this time period (and possibly from now on)?
I would like to keep training but avoid any negative effect on the treatment.
