Training when on Gear

i know training on gear makes our body recover faster i know doing more sets and additional exercises will help…

my question is

when on gear best way to train many reps ranging 15-30 or low reps ranging 8-12?

some says higher reps for the pump to grow some says just do 8-12 reps you’ll grow

im just curious i know when on gear or not we need to train hard… any thoughts?

You just do what you normally do and add volume when you feel it’s needed. In other words, listen to your body. If you do not understand this, you should not be using gear.
