Hey guys/gals,
I’ve hurt my wrist - possible fracture which i’m getting seen to on Monday. My query is what exercises can i do while this is going on.
So far i’ve got zercher squats and good mornings, hise shrugs in a smith machine,neck bridges and possibly straight arm pulldowns with the bar at mid forearm.
Any other ideas?

How to train chest and shoulders?
just a ligament strain
not allowed to take weight through the wrist so no deads,bench etc.
did zercher good mornings one day and zercher squats today - really good movements IMO and also a good stomach workout.
on a positive note i guess this gives me the chance to do some external rotations, face pulls etc - stuff i normally don’t squeeze into my workouts.
