I have a severe hip flexor injury that I'm trying to work around while rehabbing it. I don't want to give up training my legs completely, but squatting, deadlifting, sprinting, and all of the fun compound lifts are out of the question. Not used to isolation type work, but will try if needed during the rehab. Any ideas?
Well, if “all of the fun compound lifts are out of the question”, I’m going to go out on a limb and say isolation movements are going to be what you’ll be doing.
