Me & the guys just hitting some serious iron. After this intense workout I made sure to have a 4,000 kcal PWO shake to optimise my muscle gain. That's me in the front with the DBs, I've just finished my third cycle BTW. Anyway, hopefully this will inspire some people to take their training to the next level.




That's highly funtional training if you ask me, that kid must be from the circus.
