Training Twice After MAG-10 Pulse Fast

I’m interested to know if you suggest doing 2 full workouts after a MAG-10 pulse fast or an eccentricless session the second time around? This is my first pulse, in the am tomorrow I plan on back squat/front squat/machine leg curls

in the afternoon if you suggest another full workout(don’t have much available for eccentricless leg excercises at the moment) I would do leg press, straight leg deadlifts, more calfs, and a form of lunges. If you don’t suggest 2 full workouts I would just stick to my one in the morning, and maybe make it a bit longer.
