When Thibs and you guys who train twice a day how do you do the protocol?Do you do the protocol twice? As in once for each workout?
I always have an AM and PM workout and am thinking of using it for both workout.
Yeah its not going to hurt anything thats for sure. I think if you do a full workout in the am use the protocol then, and if you do a sled workout in the pm you want to take in a as much casein hydrolysate(sp?) as you can(afford) because it gets pumped into the muscles.
