Needed to workout some frustration that popped up after my main training yesterday. So I went back to the gym 13 hours after that session and I tried a mindset challenge. Chose Sally Squats due to it being easy to set up. Used the cambered bar to alleviate stress on shoulders. Didn’t make it all the way through. The lactic acid build up in my quads was brutal.
My excuses: A lot
blah blah blah. None of that matters, what matters is I didn’t want to do this when the time actually came to do it. I did it anyways, how can I claim to challenge my mindset if I wouldn’t show up to attempt it?
Definitely one of the favorite anime/manga right now. Sad that the season is over and have to wait a while for new episodes just after the best character is introduced, Mirio.
That sucks. I’ve only seen the first season and a few from season 2 but the wensite i watch it on has been missing the last couple of days. Same with alot of streaming sites
No class today, my teacher which I have for both classes was out of town today. So no classes. Still made the 45 minute commute so I could train Log and talk to an academic advisor who would not be incompetant at their job. Going to stay up here and study so that the xbox isnt tempting me.

Anxiety reared its head. So i Went to get a pump. Bunch of lateral raises, and rear delt flyes. Also tried Brian’s mindset challenge that was in his Bench Press video. 1 rep with an empty bar for every pound of your 1rm. I chose Decline since thats my main Bench work right now, 1rm is 235lbs so I had to try to get 235 reps. I got 103.
Visited Iowa State University today, talked to an advisor, got a tour etc… Started during the time I would normally be training and at my second class and well over that time frame. So I trained way later than normal and during the beginning of peak hours.
