Winter Siege Prep
Needed to workout some frustration that popped up after my main training yesterday. So I went back to the gym 13 hours after that session and I tried a mindset challenge. Chose Sally Squats due to it being easy to set up. Used the cambered bar to alleviate stress on shoulders. Didn’t make it all the way through. The lactic acid build up in my quads was brutal.
My excuses: A lot
blah blah blah. None of that matters, what matters is I didn’t want to do this when the time actually came to do it. I did it anyways, how can I claim to challenge my mindset if I wouldn’t show up to attempt it?
