I have read the articles about the trainning till depressed and I have seen positive results from people trying it … does anyone have any explanation as to the mechanism by wich it works??? Other than just plain overcompensation … thats what all workouts should strive for … but what about this Trainning till depressed … there would seem to be more at work here. I hope someone can enlighten me. I feel it deserves a deeper look .
Doesn’t seem to me like it would be a good thing to be depressed. It is a unhealthy state of mind and the body’s health always correlates with the mind. Studies have shown that optimism heals faster pessimism. May better results happened in this case because they simply trained harder and it was affected very little by the state of mind.
