recently I suffered meniscus sprain and the doctor told me I cant train legs for six weeks. He also said that I have to avoid any knee rotation movements. Could you recommend me some training routine/split just for upper body? I am now training 3-4 times per week, one heavy lift (usually bench press or military press) + 2-3 excersises for back (BB style) and 1 excersise for arms or shoulders. Im avoiding failure on all lifts.
After 3 weeks of this training, my body starts to be a little bit tired, because Im returning back from a 9 months off training.
I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice on routine/split will improve my pressing strenght and gain me some size.
