Welcome brother. Logs are pretty cool on here because you get online gym friends from all over the world. We can support each other, learn from each other and just have a good time.

There’s other logs you can look at and get ideas from. For myself I like posting vids to hold myself to high standards of technique and assess how things are moving on a certain day.
