Hi, I’ve been lurking for a while and have learned a lot here at T-Nation. However, I wanted to contribute a little something, so I decided to share my training log spreadsheet with anyone who may find it useful.
It automatically updates average load lifted, total reps performed, and the total workload for each exercise. It updates the weight, bodyfat%, and training duration fields when those are entered. It also has a comment section for each workout and a larger comment section for end-of-week evaluation/comments. Just copy and paste the template for each new week.
