According to Greg Jackson of Jacksons MMA he suggest the following training schedule, what have you’ve seen be done and what is your split? I’m well aware everyone is different, Thanks Nick

Mon- AM: MMA Sparring / PM: Strength and Conditioning

Tues: AM: Kickboxing skills / PM: BJJ followed by cardo session

Weds: AM: Wrestling / PM: Padwork

Thurs: AM: Kickboxing / PM: BJJ

Fri: AM: MMA / PM: Strength and Conditioning (he suggest a good mountain run)

SAT: AM: Padwork

SUN: Rest
