Training Schedule

Hey guys Im on CTs destroying fat but I need to change the schedule around. It calls for Day 1 heavy lifting and sprints at night Day 2 lactic workout (lots of reps no rest) and cardio then day 3 off day 4 heavy lifting quads and hams NO SPRINTS day 5 off and then day 6 another lactic day with cardio, 7 is off.

I work ALOT during the weekends so i need to have them off which requires switching day 5 with day 6. Any problem with doing my lactic work and cardio the day after my heavy leg workout.

Well other than the fact my legs are sore since i am in a restricted caloric phase? I would really prefer not to workout on the weekends but I do understand the importance of rest days. Let me know.
