Some time ago there was an article on the site re a training protocol relating to Power, Strength and Endurance, possibly Russian? It outlined 3 differentiations in workload, number of sets and reps and the rest periods appropriate to to each objective (i.e. power, strength and endurance.) An example of a training routine was outlined e.g Workout 1 Power , Workout 2 (2 days later) Strength and Workout 3, Endurance (2 days later). The following week began with workout 2 etc
