How would you cycle your published programs over a six month period? I enjoy your programs but always struggle with which one to do and in what order over a longer training cycle. I think this has a negative impact on my long term success. I know this might be difficult because of the specific nature of training, but any assistance in providing a blueprint would be greatly appreciated. I am 51. 6’1 200lbs Training mainly to look athletic and fit. If you need any other background information please let me know.
