Training Programme for In-Season Football

After checking a few threads for people who train for Football, i felt the urge to jump into this forum!

Looking for a training programme for my in-season phase (season starts in 3 weeks time).

Facts & stats:
Height: 180cm
Weight: 193lbs
Squat 1RM: 355lbs
Bench 1RM: 205lba
Position: DB - literally all over the secondary; corner, free, strong safety, nickel

I feel like my strength is good for my level, obviously everyone would like to get a stronger still, my sprint speed is also been a strength of mine for the sport however my one weakness would be transition (back pedal to break) or explosive power (acceleration, triple extension).

During the season i would like to do individual work 3-4 days (gym, field etc.) usually drop to 3 in heavy games.

Keen for some suggestions!
