Programming and eating depend on your goals. Those articles and stickies are a WAY better source of information than this thread to address your general questions. When you start having specific questions, then the forum can be of much more use.

try looking up starting strength brah, that should give you info on building a good base, assuming you’re fairly new to weight training of course
