Training Program Review?

im putting together my own program trying to use principles you mentioned in the russian strength skills article. goal is to gain strength and improve body composition. basic set up is this
day 1-
front squat 5x1-3
deadlift 5x1-3

day 2-
incline 5x1-3
alt sets with pullups
military 5x1-3

each lift is hit 2 times a week. approximatly 80%-85% of max used goal is to reach 5x3(not training on the nerve) ive trained for about 16 years now
