hey guys , im looking for any links to training programs posted here you would rate worthy to try.
At the mo im coming back from knee surgery and prior to my muay thai fight i was training like a power lifter.
I read on ross training fighters shouldnt train like power lifters or bodybuilders, though i saw him doin deads n shit so im a tad curious.
Any how , im interested to know who does what, aside from the obvious cardio and fight conditioning .
Do you include snatches or cleans ? if you have an opinion and have fought or are knoledgeable please post, as im trying to write myself a new program and seem to be throwing them all in the bin.
