I just had my left hip scoped due to some serious FAI, a CAM and Pincer lesion. There was a piece of chipped bone lodged in the torn labrum as well. Obviously leg training is out of the question for a while, but does anyone have any ideas as to how to best maintain upper body strength without putting and strain on hip flexion? I’m thinking grabbing dumbbells from the bottom of the rack is even a little much for me for the first 6 weeks.
